- 4 flattened chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno Rub
- 1 Tbsp Heath Riles Beef Rub
- ¾ cup Heath Riles BBQ Tangy Vinegar Sauce
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 12oz chopped red cabbage
- 1 chopped jalapeno
- 1-2 lemons
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4-5 green onions
- 4 brioche rolls

Combine ¾ cup Heath Riles BBQ Tangy Vinegar sauce, 1 Tbsp Garlic Jalapeno Rub, 1 Tbsp Beef Rub., 1 ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 2 Tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice into a bowl.
Whisk the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
Blue Cheese Jalapeno Cole Slaw
Combine 12oz diced red cabbage, ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 diced jalapeno, 4-5 chopped green onions, and 1 cup crumbled blue cheese into a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and a touch of Garlic Jalapeno Rub on top.
Blackened Chicken Sandwich
Drizzle olive oil onto each chicken breast
Sprinkle Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno and Beef Rub onto each chicken breast
Place each chicken breast onto the grill and cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 162F-165F
Once thoroughly cooked, place each chicken breast into a fresh brioche roll
Drizzle each chicken breast with Alabama White Sauce and top it off with the Blue Cheese Jalapeno Cole Slaw
