Return Merchandise Request

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To request an RMA number simply fill out the form below. We will review your return request and follow up with you via email with next steps.

What can be returned: To qualify, you must return your unused product within 90 days. All returns and exchanges must be in brand-new, resalable condition, and in original packaging with all components present (including manuals, or other documentation if applicable) for a refund to be issued.

We cannot offer refunds for any components that have been used in your cooker, or that show any visible signs (including a smoke smell) of use.

The BBQ Guru will NOT accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized: (ii) special order items, if not part of the BBQ Guru retail sales offering (iii) items that have been used, altered or that show wear or damage; (iv) gift cards (v) services.

What items can be exchanged: In addition, returns may be accepted for products which are still covered by warranty exchanges. Review our product warranties.

Shipping charges for products returned: The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
