We proudly warranty our products because of our dedication to quality craftsmanship. In the rare event your product malfunctions due to defect while under warranty, we will be happy to remedy the problem. Control and Accessory Parts Warranty
UltraQ, DynaQ, CyberQ Cloud, DigiQ DX3, PartyQ controls, Pit Viper, and Pit Bull Fans: THE BBQ GURU warrants these products to be free from defect in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years (2 Year limited Warranty) from the date of purchase.
Should the unit malfunction within the warranty period, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return it to the factory. If defective, it will be repaired or replaced (at the discretion of BBQ Guru) at no cost. There are no user serviceable parts on this unit.
This warranty is void if the unit shows evidence of tampering or being subjected to moisture, excessive heat, corrosion, or other misuse, including use of any component with any product not manufactured by BBQ Guru. Components with excessive wear or damage due to misuse will not be covered under warranty.
THE BBQ GURU shall not be responsible for any damage or losses, however caused, which may be experienced as a result of the installation or use of this product. THE BBQ GURU's liability for any breach of this agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid E. & E.O.
If your control, probe, power pack, or fan is malfunctioning and is out of warranty, we may be able to troubleshoot it by phone or email. If it is determined that your part has been damaged in any way during use we will recommend that you purchase a new part.
Pit/Food Probes,Power Packs, and other Accessories (90 day warranty) THE BBQ GURU warrants these products to be free from defect in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Products Eligible for Return and Exchange Return Criteria
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt from BBQ Guru or an authorized dealer, and must have been purchased within the warranty period.
We cannot offer refunds for any components that have been used in your cooker, or that show any visible signs (Including a smoke smell) of use. Our products must be in brand-new, resalable condition, and in original packaging with all components present (including manuals, or other included documents) for a refund to be issued.
We highly recommend that you test everything out inside your home to ensure that it is functioning properly before hooking your control up to your cooker.
The BBQ Guru will not accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized: (ii) special order items, if not part of the BBQ Guru retail sales offering (iii) items that have been used, altered or that show wear or damage; (iv) gift cards (v) services. Items must be in a condition that permits us to resell them.
We do not offer repair service for out of warranty controls, components, or accessories. It might be possible for our customer service team to troubleshoot the issue and advise you as to which component needs to be replaced. BBQ Guru will only hold returned products for an RMA repair request for a maximum of 90 days. BBQ Guru will make multiple attempts to contact the customer to complete repair process, but if customer does not return BBQ Guru inquiries or indicates they no longer want the product, products will be disposed of at the sole discretion of BBQ Guru after the 90 day period.
