- 3 cups fresh basil
- 3/4 cups grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp Mad Maddie’s seasoning (buttery garlic)
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted almonds
- 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
