Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp hot chili oil
- BBQ Bob’s Steak and Burger seasoning
- 2 tsp Scallions chopped fine
Preparation
- Set grill to 300°F direct heat on one side and indirect or no heat on the other
- Shake BBQ Bob’s steak and burger seasoning on both sides of pork chops moderately
- Grill over direct side of grill to get grill marks on both sides - about 2 minutes per side
- Move chops over to the indirect side of the grill and slather on the glaze with a silicone basting brush on both sides
- Finish cooking for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal meat temp is 138°F to 140°F
- Whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, sesame oil, hot chili oil, and honey to make the glaze
- Slather pork chops with glaze every 3-4 minutes, but leave some for the end presentation
- Once the chops reach 138°F-140°F remove from heat and allow them to rest in a pan for 10 minutes to absorb some juices
- Slice about ½ inch thick drizzle on the rest of the glaze and top with chopped scallions
