Pigheaded BBQ Places Across the Board at the Keystone Classic BBQ

Pigheaded BBQ did very well at the Keystone Classic BBQ. They placed 9th in chicken, 15th ribs, 6th pork and 17th brisket? for an 8th overall out of 47 teams. Keep up the hard work!

Pigheaded BBQ had nice weekend at Haass Family Butcher Shop for their 4th Annual BBQ Brawl in the Fall. This was their first time there and they did pretty well taking home a 2nd place ribs, 1st place pork, 5th place brisket and GC overall. Keep that stubborn streak going!

Pigheaded BBQ had a great time at Fire Up Hope BBQ festival. They placed 19th chicken, 1st ribs, 11th pork, 10th brisket and 4th overall out of 33 teams.

The votes are in hoagie-lovers! The winner of Dietz & Watson’s Best Philly Hoagie Contest is Ron Templeman, the sandwich wizard behind the El Diablo Torta Sucia aka “Filthy Devil.” His culinary creation is made with lime and tomato juice-marinated Dietz & Watson Premium Angus Roast Beef, Dietz & Watson Swiss Gruyere, Dietz & Watson Sweet Red Pepper Mayo, homemade black bean spread, jalapeño lime hot sauce, Yards Love Stout braised onions. It’s topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, black olives and cilantro, and then sandwiched between a toasted Conshohocken Bakery hoagie roll. Congrats, Ron!
