BBQ TEAM - Smoke Me Silly

Smoke Me Silly BBQ grilled well this past week. They  finished with a 5th chicken, 6th ribs, 6th pork, 2nd brisket and Reserve Grand Champion in Gadsden.

Smoke Me Silly BBQ was on fire at the Smoke on the Shores BBQ competition in Nashville TN. They finished with a 6th in Chicken, 1st in Pork, 2nd Brisket and Reserve Grand Champion. What a weekend!

Smoke Me Silly had a great weekend at the BodaGetta BBQ Contest in Auburn AL. They finished with 7th in chicken, 1st in Ribs (Perfect 180 score), 1st Brisket (Perfect 180 Score) and Overall Grand Champion.

As rub on the ribs, they also received our Alabama BBQ Association 2016 Team of the year trophy.

Smoke Me Silly had a great weekend at the Bacon Brew & Que in Tuscaloosa AL this weekend. Smoke Me Silly finished with a 1st in Chicken, 2nd Ribs, 3rd Pork, 3rd Brisket and Grand Champions with a score of 705. Great Work!

Smoke ME Silly had another great weekend at the PorktoberQue down in Dothan AL. Got 9th in chicken, 9th Ribs, 6th pork, 3rd brisket and Grand Champions!!

Smoke Me Silly BBQ took home their first Grand Champion of the year at the Nebo Fall Festival & BBQ Competition. In the categories they finished 1st in Chicken, 9th Ribs, 7th Pork, 2nd Brisket and GC with a 700.0. Keep on smoking!

Smoke Me Silly did well at the Decatur Riverfest. They finished 1st in ribs with a 180, 7th in pork, 10th in brisket and 4th overall!

Smoke Me Silly had a great weekend at the Cotton Pickin BBQ Cookoff in Hartselle AL! they took home a 1st in chicken, 4th Ribs, 10th Pork, 8th brisket and Overall Reserve Grand Champion out of 33 great teams. Next up is the Dillard Bluegrass & BBQ Festival in Dillard GA.

Congratulations to Smoke Me Silly and crew for their scores in competiion this week. The came out of fiery heat with an 8th in chicken, 12th ribs, 1st Pork (180 Perfect score), 3rd brisket and Overall Reserve Grand Champion!

Smoke me silly had a great time at Decatur Riverfest hanging with BBQ friends and making new ones. SMS won 3rd place overall out of 55 teams. Other contest results: SMS got 8th Chicken, 3rd Ribs, 2nd Pork, 18th Brisket (ouch!!!) and 3rd Overall out of 55 Teams. No rest in store for them BBQ competition addicts, as they get ready for a contest in Nebo KY next weekend!!

Smoke Me Silly are probably some of the happiest people in Tennessee right now! They managed a 3rd chicken, 4th ribs, 1st pork, 1st brisket (180), and Grand Champion!!!! Theirthe  7th GC to give us an automatic to the Jack in October!!! Congrats to Warden Q on Reserve and all who got calls. Thanks to Tom and Debbie Bergschicker for all your support, and helping with clean-up 😜. 

Smoke Me Silly won the first place prize of $750 at the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue hosted by BBQGuru. Congrats guys!
