Homemade Alpha Rub Honey Mustard

Ingredients
- ½ C. white wine vinegar
- ½ C. apple cider vinegar
- 1 C. mustard powder
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- ¾ C. honey
- 2 tsp. BBQ Bob’s Alpha Rub
- ½ C. water
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and wisk until blended smooth (no lumps)
- Place into a medium sauce pan and heat on medium/low. Continue to wisk and allow the mustard to thicken. (about 6-8 minutes)
- Place into a container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving
