Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (level)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted softened butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
- Grease and flour for pan
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and blend well with mixer
- Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour the ingredients into the pan.
- Set cooker to 350°F indirect (use a pizza stone on the grill) and cook for approximately 55 minutes or until the bread is finished in the middle. Check done was with a toothpick.
