BBQ Bob's Pork Chops Glazed with Garlic & Honey Teriyaki

Description: You won't believe how good this zesty and savory pork chop recipe is! Try it out on your next pool day and it will surely be a new fan favorite!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 thick cut pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp hot chili oil
  • BBQ Bob’s Steak and Burger seasoning
  • 2 tsp Scallions chopped fine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set grill to 300°F direct heat on one side and indirect or no heat on the other
  2. Shake BBQ Bob’s steak and burger seasoning on both sides of pork chops moderately
  3. Grill over direct side of grill to get grill marks on both sides - about 2 minutes per side
  4. Move chops over to the indirect side of the grill and slather on the glaze with a silicone basting brush on both sides
  5. Finish cooking for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal meat temp is 138°F to 140°F
  6. Whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, sesame oil, hot chili oil, and honey to make the glaze
  7. Slather pork chops with glaze every 3-4 minutes, but leave some for the end presentation
  8. Once the chops reach 138°F-140°F remove from heat and allow them to rest in a pan for 10 minutes to absorb some juices
  9. Slice about ½ inch thick drizzle on the rest of the glaze and top with chopped scallions
