Smoked Brisket on the Shotgun Smoker

Ingredients
- 1 whole brisket
- 2 chunks of Pecan smoke wood
- 1/2 cup of 7 Bones Beef Rub
- Butcher paper
Preparation
- Set smoker or grill to 275°F indirect
- Add 2 chunks of Pecan smoke wood to smoker or grill
- Season brisket with 7 Bones Beef Rub
- Cook brisket for 5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 175°F
- Remove brisket and wrap in butcher paper and place back in smoker or grill
- Cook brisket for another 4 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 200°F
- Let rest for 2 hours before slicing
